Hope for Humanity

Last week I lost my wallet and everything inside. I was freaking out because I didn’t have my student ID card, bus pass, bank cards, driver’s license, and priceless items like my friend’s photos. I didn’t know where I lost it but it disappeared sometime between 2pm-5pm.

During that time I walked all over campus and even rode the bus. It was when I was about to buy food for dinner did I realize I had lost it. I cancelled my bank cards and was really stressing about it.

For the next 3 days, I arranged to get a new license, bank card, and student ID. But then I get a letter in the mail saying that someone had turned in my wallet. When I got it back, nothing was stolen at all. It’s acts of kindness like that, which gives me some glimmer of hope for mankind.

My Life

My life is incredibly busy right now. I wish I had more time to do the things I love right now, but you know what... I really enjoy my classes. So maybe it's alright.
