Yesterday I didn’t have class so I slept in and when I woke up, I felt energized and extremely motivated to do something productive. I decided that I’d “work out” in the morning which seemed like a great idea. I mean, a ton of people do it, justinjustin does it, blah blah blah.
So anyways, I start doing crunches on my yoga ball and it felt great. I mean, the whole process of getting up and working out wasn’t new to me. I used to get up early for swim practice. I’m working out and about 4 minutes in, I get distracted and “call it a day.” :P
If that wasn’t pathetic enough, my abs hurt this morning from that very brief work out.
