Change A Court Ruling?

If you could change the court ruling on a case that has occurred in the United States, which one would you change and to what decision/holding?

Examples:

  • Maybe you don’t like the idea of abortions: consider changing Roe v. Wade
  • Maybe you’re a racist or have something against people who are different than yourself: consider Brown v. Board of Education or Buck v. Bell
  • Maybe you’re religious and want to pray in school, consider:  Engel v. Vitale

I would change the ruling on Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company. I never liked the idea of giving corporations the classification of “people.”

About Me [+]

Heading into finals weeks which means a load of stress. Luckily I have amazing friends and a great boyfriend to take my mind off it all. This week, school. Next week, cleaning up and packing for my vacation. I'm not sure when I'll be back exactly, but I'll hop on Tumblr as soon as I can.
